Investor Tells Musk: Step Down as Tesla CEO

One of Tesla One of Tesla's early investors has urged Elon Musk to resign from his position as CEO of the automobile firm should he persist in holding a governmental role.

In an interview with Sky News , Ross Gerber , a wealth manager, contended that the billionaire has been primarily preoccupied with Donald Trump is more focused on his political involvement than on managing his company.

Gerber specifically pointed to Musk’ s position within the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) as the reason

Gerber said: " I believe Tesla needs a new CEO, and I made up my mind today to begin voicing this opinion publicly. This is the first platform where I’m stating it. "

" The time has come for someone to lead Tesla. The company has been overlooked for far too long. Given all the significant initiatives Tesla is involved in, Elon needs to make a choice: return as the CEO and step down from his other roles, or continue with his governmental work but appoint an appropriate leader for Tesla. ", he added.
