The mother of Margaret Nduta, Purity Wangari, has verified that she is still living in Vietnam.

The woman voiced optimism when her daughter’s execution, initially set for Monday, March 17, was delayed.

Wangari expressed gratitude to President William Ruto for his endeavors in addressing her daughter’s case.

"Mr. President, thank you very much for ensuring my daughter wasn’t executed. I would be overjoyed if you could assist in bringing her back home," she expressed.
