The Mall Moldova, a venture initiated by Prime Kapital Development alongside MAS, is scheduled for its official launch within a month’s time. It aspires to establish itself as the premier retail hub in the Moldova area of Eastern Romania.

The building of the shopping center is nearing completion, and it is set to open officially on April 17, 2025.

According to developers, Mall Moldova stands as the biggest shopping hub not only in Moldova but also beyond Bucharest. This development encompasses over 110,000 square meters of retail area within its current stage, providing a platform for over 250 local and global brands. Notably, 50 new store concepts are making their debut in Iași through this mall.

Situated in a swiftly growing region and conveniently placed alongside the European route E58, Mall Moldova provides convenient accessibility for guests and boasts more than 3,500 parking spots. This initiative engaged 3,000 construction personnel, including engineers, architects, and designers, as well as numerous machines and tools.

" Entertainment is a crucial aspect of this project, including a brand-new cinema and a massive playground. In addition, the dining and recreation areas will feature numerous vendors, with several being newly introduced. For individuals focused on maintaining an active lifestyle, there will be a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with various amenities such as a half-Olympic-sized swimming pool," explained Mihaela Adam, Asset Manager at Mall Moldova Iași.

Brands including Half Price, Rituals, e-Pantofi, Lego, Under Armour, and Dockyard will be featured at the new shopping center. Additionally, you'll find outlets for Mobexpert, Fressnapf, Decathlon, Smyk, Skechers, JD Sports, Book City, Rovere, Kamalion, Hermosa, Meli Melo Deco, Ac&Co, and Reserved.

The food court boasts more than 30 different eateries and accommodates up to 2,500 diners. It marks the first appearance in Iași and Moldova for international chains such as Wendy’s, Popeye’s, Dodo Pizza, and Hesburger, along with fresh concepts including Sushi Terra and Toto 9 Gastrobar.

For aficionados of coffee and desserts, Mall Moldova presents new selections along with well-known names like Manufaktura, Gelateria La Romana, Zay Coffee, and not least, Starbucks.

In addition to its fashion district, Mall Moldova features a substantial recreational zone which includes a Cinema City outfitted with 4DX technology. Adjacent to the movie theater lies the World Class gym facility, complete with a half-Olympic sized swimming pool and an open-air terrace. Furthermore, the play space known as Hype By Kiddo spans across 2,800 square meters.
